Juvenile Forensic Evaluations:

  • Fitness to Proceed

  • Responsibility

  • Certification/Waiver to Adult Court

  • General Psychological Evaluations and Treatment Needs

Adult Forensic Evaluations:

  • Competency to Stand Trial

  • Sanity

  • General Sentencing/Mitigation Evaluations

  • Capital Sentencing Evaluations

  • Risk Assessment (Violence Risk and Sex Offender Risk)

  • General Psychological Evaluations with Treatment Recommendations

Rates for forensic evaluations are typically billed on a hourly basis for all related services, including consultation, testimony, and travel.
